WILD SOUL stands by a 1 year guarantee against manufacturer's defects. WILD SOUL does not warranty lenses against scratching. Warranty is valid only if purchased through an authorized WILD SOUL dealer. Any alteration of products will void warranty.
If you should ever have a problem with your purchase, please follow
WILD SOUL WARRANTY:
Email email@example.com the following information. We will respond to you ASAP to issue a Return Authorization #.
Your full name, address and phone number.
The model and color of your frames.
Place and Date of Purchase - What store or website. (We will ask for a copy of your receipt when you send them back to us.)
The issue you are having with your product.
Any images of the defective product to expedite the process.
Products returned for warranty service will be qualified for replacement at the discretion of WILD SOUL Defective items will be replaced with an item of the same style and color if available, or a similar product LLC. of equal value otherwise.
